Corporate Services

Corporate Event Phone Security

Confidentiality you can guarantee, for product launches, conferences, town halls and media days across Australia.

It only takes one phone camera to undo months of planning.

Most corporate events run on trust: that the embargo will hold, that the deck stays in the room, that a candid remark from an executive will not be clipped and posted without context. A single photo of an unreleased product, a commercially sensitive slide or a private conversation can undo months of planning before you have said a word publicly.

Unplugged Moments removes that risk at the door. Our staffed phone security services make your venue camera-free for the sessions that matter, while your guests and your people stay contactable throughout. Nothing about the working day is disrupted; the only thing that changes is that no unauthorised photo or recording leaves the room.

Where We Work

Built for Rooms That Need to Stay Private

Product launches and reveals

Hold your embargo until the moment you choose. Nothing is photographed, filmed or posted before the announcement goes live, whether the audience is press, partners or your own staff.

Conferences and summits

Let speakers present commercially sensitive material candidly, knowing slides and demonstrations will not circulate beyond the room.

Town halls and internal briefings

Leadership can speak plainly about strategy, results and change when remarks cannot be recorded and shared out of context.

Board meetings and offsites

Small, high-stakes sessions where the discussion itself is the confidential asset. Discreet coverage that stays out of the way.

Media days and press events

Control exactly which images exist. Accredited photographers work as agreed while everyone else stays camera-free.

Film, TV and production sets

Support the NDAs your cast and crew have already signed, and keep unreleased footage, scripts and talent off social media.

On the Day

How It Works

  1. Consultation and planning

Before the event we walk through the venue layout, the sessions you need covered, your guest numbers and any exemptions, and agree a staffing plan.

  2. Arrival and check-in

Our staff greet guests as they arrive and secure phones in locked pouches, or check them into a staffed cloak-room if you have chosen phone collection.

  3. During the event

Staff remain on the floor for the duration, answering questions, handling late arrivals and keeping the policy in place with a light touch.

  4. Exceptions, handled quietly

Agreed exemptions such as accredited photographers or on-call staff are managed discreetly at check-in, without holding up the queue.

  5. Unlock and departure

As the event closes, our staff run unlocking points so guests collect a working phone on the way out in seconds.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Can guests still use their phones?

With the Photo Prevention Pouch, yes. Phones stay in guests’ hands inside a locked pouch that blocks the cameras, so calls, texts and emails all still work. If you choose phone collection instead, phones are stored securely at a staffed cloak-room and retrieved when guests leave.

What happens if a guest refuses?

Before the event we agree an approach with you, so our staff are never improvising. In practice a calm explanation of the policy resolves almost every case. Anything beyond a polite conversation is referred to your event organisers or venue security rather than escalated on the floor.

What about staff who need to stay on call?

The pouches only block the cameras, so on-call attendees can still take calls and receive messages with the pouch in place. If someone genuinely needs full access, we agree an exemptions list with you before the event and handle those guests discreetly at check-in.

What happens in an emergency?

Guests keep possession of their phones at all times with the pouch service, and calling still works through the pouch. Our staff carry unlocking magnets and are positioned so pouches can be opened quickly whenever they are needed.

Should we choose pouches or phone collection?

Pouches suit events where people need to stay reachable, which is most corporate functions. Phone collection suits sessions with a strict no-devices-in-the-room policy, such as sensitive briefings. Security patrol adds enforcement to either, or stands alone where guests keep their phones.

Where do you operate?

We run events across Australia. Tell us where your event is when you request a quote and we will confirm coverage.

How do guests get their phones unlocked at the end?

Our staff run unlocking points as the event closes. The security tag is released in a couple of seconds per pouch, and guests take their phones with them as they leave.

How do we get a quote?

Use the quote form on our home page. The details that shape the price are your event date, approximate guest numbers, start and end times, location and any staffing preferences, so have those handy.
